What is Scalp Density & Hair Enhancement?
The programme combines scalp stimulation with density enhancement, giving you two different techniques that can be used as part of a personalised treatment plan. Rather than treating every client in the same way, you will learn how to assess the scalp, understand the concern and choose the most appropriate approach.
Technique one
Scalp stimulation
A controlled digital technique, used without pigment, worked across selected areas of the scalp. The focus is on stimulating the scalp and supporting the condition of the scalp and hair follicles.
Technique two
Density enhancement
Specialist scalp pigment placed carefully between existing hairs. The aim is to reduce the contrast between the scalp and surrounding hair, creating the appearance of fuller-looking density.
Not traditional SMP. Unlike scalp micropigmentation for a shaved or closely cropped scalp, this technique is designed to work through existing hair and create a softer, more blended finish.
