Pre-Blend Aromatherapy
This course is designed to give you the knowledge of using pre-blended aromatherapy oils, and how they can be used in the treatments that you offer. As a qualified body or sports therapist, you will already have an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, so this course will build on what you know and give you the experience to use these wonderful oils on your clients to really assist in treating them fully.
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils, extracted from plants and used in treatments that can facilitate well-being and be useful in improving or preventing ill health. They can be used in a variety of ways from inhalation to absorption and many everyday products that we can now buy include aromatherapy oils.
Please be aware that this course does not give you the training to mix or blend oils, but instead to be able to use pre-blended oil or one single essential oil within carrier oil.
